Paleo Powder Week Recap - Don't forget to enter the giveaway!

Last week really turned into Paleo Powder week.  I couldn't help myself as I was having so much fun experimenting with this spice blend to see how it can improve some old favorites and inspire new recipes.  With less than 24 hours to go on my giveaway of 4 bottles of Paleo Powder to 4 lucky winners, I thought I'd do a little recap of what is only the beginning of ways I'll use Paleo Powder in my kitchen.

The week started out with my product review.  I was paid nothing to do this review and I purchased the bottle that currently resides in my kitchen.  If you buy some of the spice through my referral links, I'll get a small percentage of that sale which will help me keep this little blog going.  I certainly wouldn't offer the spice on my blog if I truly didn't like it.  In my review I tried Paleo Powder out on a lovely farmer's market pork chop, eggs, broiled steaks, and roasted broccoli.  I tried the recipes for Broccoli Soup and Dirty Rice while at a conference and both those dishes were a treat.  It's not included in the review, but last week I also tried a tablespoon of Paleo Powder in a batch of Pressure Cooker Kale and it was absolutely lovely!

Super healthy and super tasty with Paleo Powder.
Next, I posted my review of Paleo Powder's No Pasta Salad.  With summer fast approaching, this salad would be a great addition to any picnic.  Its recipes like these where you realize you really don't need pasta at all.  That's a serious statement from an ex-pasta addict.
Tasty for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
On Thursday, I tried the spice out on a recipe for Broiled Tomatoes and Steak, and again, was not disappointed with the smoky kick of flavor Paleo Powder added to the dish.
The tomato was awesome as was the steak.
Every once and a while, I get a little creative in the kitchen and come up with an original recipe.  On Saturday, I created Hawaiian Cauliflower Rice with Paleo Powder.  This dish might not look like much, but packs some great flavor.  It's light, moist and has smoky peppery flavor with just a touch of sweetness.  While great for dinner, it really tasted awesome for breakfast with bacon and eggs.
The "rice" was the star of this breakfast plate.
