Meal Cheat Sheets

Do you ever find yourself staring at your refrigerator and wondering what to make for dinner?

After finding myself feeling uninspired and a bit lazy in the kitchen, I made a few cheat sheets with the ingredients and short hand instructions for quick and easy weeknight meals and side dishes.

A weeknight meal for me is one that can be prepared in 30-45 minutes (or less).

These cheat sheets give me the nudge to make something that I know I love to eat and likely have the ingredients for in my pantry and/or refrigerator.  I figured I couldn't be the only one that has these stare at the refrigerator moments, so The Paleo Review Quick & Easy Main Dish and Side Dish Cheat Sheets were born!

I've included recipes from the AutoImmune Paleo Cookbook by Mickey Trescott; Melissa Joulwan's Well Fed, Sarah Ballantyne's The Paleo Mom; Robb Wolf's The Paleo Solution; Nourish Paleo Foods; Edible by Sarah Hatch; and this blog.  I want to say a special thank you to all of these authors/bloggers who gave me permission to share their recipes with you on these sheets.

You can download a copy of the cheat sheets for Main Dishes and Side Dishes with a few recipes I suggest by clicking on the thumb nails below.

Instructions for using The Paleo Review Quick & Easy Meal Cheat Sheets

These sheets were meant to be a quick reminder of the ingredients and cooking instructions for some of my favorite dishes that I've made many times.  Do not use these cheat sheets to make a dish for the first time.  I've done full blog posts for each cheat sheet giving full recipes or where to find them for each recipe I've included.  You can find those posts here:

I hope you find these sheets as helpful as I do.  If you do, please take a moment to share this page with your social media networks.
